All of my plants are from bagseed. I have 7 plants that are approximately 12 days old. I am using Miracle-Gro's Organic Potting Mix with these. I have 1 plant that is doing very well in Miracle-Gro Moisture Control Mix. This plant is 21 days old and has six nodes. But the organic ones seems much slower growing. They only have 2 nodes. I figure it has something to do with the fertilizer. So I mixed some Miracle-Gro all purpose plant food according to it's directions and watered all 7 of the organic soil plants. All of them seemed to like the nutrients showing a definite sign of growth 24 hours afterwards. But they are pale green and the leaves are noticebly smaller than the 1 healthy plant was at this age. So is it the soil or the plant genetics? Personally I think its the soil, it is the first time I've tried it. In the past i used the moisture control mix and had all but one out of five do well and it grew to 3ft but turned out to be male. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
