This is a great question.
I don't have any thing really "high tech". I thought about using a home web cam to watch my grow through the cabinet, but that's about the budget that I am on.
My bro and I were discussing what was possible the other day. You could automate your entire process and only get the green once a week or so.
Would you be able to rig up a home security system to call you (and definitely not call 911) if there is any problems? ***
