Never seen it done that way but it should work. I would let the roots fill up that double cup thingy before transplanting tho. Also if you haven’t lowered your lights or turn them up, you may want to if they stretch anymore.

Lowered the lights down to 27 inches

As for never having seen it be done before…..now THATS engineering of some type. I did grow up in a family owned garage. Remember my goal is is a way to perfect when to water the easy way. And they do look healthy but I fear my soil PH is too low. Meter to check that comes in today

On track now. The additional soil allows for more roots and the grow dots are starting to do their thing.
