well i was on a job yesterday and omg. let me start to say im a rooffer. anyways at this job it is huge. 4o foot laders dont even reach half way lol anyways there is this thing called a brow that goes all around the whole building thats about 3 feet wide and 200feet long we had to rent 60 foot laders to reach it. damn i get the shakes thinking about it lol anyways we set the thing up and the guy we are doing this for says ok get up there and get going. well i look at everyone and then say to him what about harneses he says to me there is none if u dont like it go home. well u know what i did lol i went home lol sux cause i need the money but i also need my family.(what would you do) anyways i get home and about two hours latter i get a call from my buddy saying they got shut down and fined 1000 dollars each guy that didnt have a harness lol so thank god i left and stayed home to watch my girls grow lol have a great day everyone peace

well im sorry to hear that TBG i have a friend that used to work for this guy and he fell off the roof in the middle of winter trying to clear snow off the roof the guy we are doing work for acted like he never new the guy after he fell trying to tell the guys lawyer that he never worked for him. what kind of **** is that? the only reason i still do work for this guy is cause he is the only one bussy right now boy i cant wait for work to pick up lol so that way i can get away from this ***

It's all good mang. Was at a party and fell 2 stories off a balconey when i was a dumb arse kid. Broke my back in a few places and ended up in a wheelchair. The strange thing is this was the best thing that could have ever happend to me. At this point i would have to say i would have either been in jail or dead by now. I was a crazy mother man let me tell ya. I'm still not playing with a full deck but that's another story. :rofl:

I am a roofing contractor Sticky, and believe me there is a time,and place for harnesses. We hate wearing them , but if you are up high enough to kill you if you fall , it is worth wearing one. At least until you have some jacks,and planks in place anyway. I wonder why this "contractor" did not rent a manlift to do them eyebrows? Man, that is what we do. Sounds like this guy shouldn't be in business to begin with.

lol same here man it seemed like every time i went out back in the day for some odd reason i ended the night up by ending up in the local police station lol thank god that i had kids cause if i didnt i would probaly be the same way lol
