Rotting Rockwool

Has anybody else had a problem with rotting rockwool ?I thought maybe it was the brand when I first noticed so I switched to Grodan rockwool cubes
and I noticed tonite again that my cubes are rotting,they dont smell,no mold,no mildew,they just fall to pieces after several weeks

Anybody have any ideas ?

Ive seen that so I switched to the Grodan ones too. They seem to work great. The rockwool I get has each individual square wrapped in this plastic stuff. Yours dont seem to be. Look for the ones Im talking about cause they work much better and are a perfect square and dont tip over at all.

I have seen the same thing with the "cheaper" rockwoll cubes.
I use nothing but Grodan and have no issues at all. As Maine says, get the individual wrapped cubes in either 1"x1" or the 1.5"x1.5".
