Hello,

I plan on growing a couple of the Lowryder strain and had some "General" lighting questions. My Area is roughly 2.5 x 2.5 ft. The lights I plkan on using are compact flouros., I know tubes are best. Two of them are 65w=275W at 4000 lumens @ 5000k and a third is 23W=100W at 1600 lumens @ 2700K. Do u think this is sufficient??

Any Help would be great.

Hello there, hope the user name not a description lol.

You want 5000 Lumens per sq ft to do this properly, you got an area of 6.25 sq ft, thats 31250 Lumens.

More light equals more yield in theory but you need a minimum of 5000 per sq ft during flowering stage.

Right you should be able to work it out for yourself now fella so gooday to ya,,, Oh and check the resource button at the top the page.

Forgot to add 2700k will be cool for flower and the 5000k will be ok for veg, ideally you want to be in the 6500k area for vegin
