Any of you watch reality TV and are willing to admit it?

I enjoy shows like Survivor and Amazing Race. There's a few shows on the Food Channel I enjoy but I don't know if those count...

I cought a few episodes of Love In The Wild and got sucked in. Glad it was the 2nd to the last episode.

I saw one that Ted Nugent had on some ranch in Texas. He was quite the axe-grinder. No way in hell would I have wanted to be on his show. Lmao.

Survivor is my all time favorite. I do watch a few of the cooking competition shows. Does Football count? Or court type tv shows? Or National Geographic stuff about Man vs Wild? I dont watch that one.

Oh yeah Hell's Kitchen for sure, any Gordon Ramsey show.

Most of the TV I watch now a days is Netflix on demand....I did get somehow sucked into Design Star on HGTV. That and I watch Tosh.0, smoking gun and will be watching the 3rd season of Archer once it begins.

Who?? What?? Big Who?? Haha i chucked my TV into a bin somewhere about three years ago and have'nt watched 'the tube' since. My brain thanks me for it every day O.k. i'll come clean-i will download a movie from time to time so i stillo get my video fix but T.V. go bye-bye. Maybe i don't belong on this thread then huh?

I gave my Tv away three+ years ago too, Solanero... And I'm so happy I did! I go over to my buddies house and he has a tv and I might watch for a little to check out the programming... It's nuts!! human misery on every channel there are two shows on addictions and interventions, three shows on cops busting and humiliating people, there's one where a parking meter cop goes around giving people tickets and you get to see their reactions, three teen pregnancy shows, two shows on people getting their sh*t repo'd, not to mention all the Jerry Springer babies daddy/transgender type shows, and a million others.. I think half the people watch out of sick fascination and the other half because it just makes them feel good that they're that not that crazy and/or in a bad situation..... And then there's Ice Road Trucker... explain that!! My buddy likes to smoke a fatty and watch Ice Road Trucker... totally pointless... but , I guess that's the point

The new season starts in a few weeks...and they're bringing back Ozzy, who was pretty boring, and Coach, who's a total moron but always good for a few laughs. :giggle:

Love Survivor aswell! Every season I swear I'm going to make a video to send in to try to be on it HAHA I think I'd do pretty decent.

Other than that, a lot of the discovery channel ones. Mythbusters, Sons of Guns, Dirty Jobs, Dual Survival. Also the likes of Tosh.O but thats different than reality shows in my opinion.

Just caught a random gameshow on Mtv2 scrolling through the guide yesterday. (WAS LIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTT!) Got stuck on it, watched 3 episodes in a row. It was some japanese game show that they redid in the US called Silent Library. Pretty dumb, but damn entertaining high! haha

:rofl: Yeah thats'about the size of it. Maybe if i was a sport fan then i could justify having a tube but then thats' a whole new problem. Does'nt it feel good to be unplugged,unprogrammed,off the line,out of the loop,out from under the thumb,offline....and so on. I find it really makes you that much more aware of how hard we are being clubbed in the head with advertising, when you watch t.v. it becomes the norm and you develop a tolerance to it, and don't notice. But then take the t.v. away and you start noticing ads on EVERYTHING and everywhere. I call it social programming. Its strange how muuch of a difference i see when not chained to the latest water cooler chat crap that dominates our lives instead of encouraging meaningful values and actions that we sorely lack in our lives. What the hell am i on about!!?? See ? Throw away your t.v. then you can become a high, rambling ,preachy , high again just like me. This is the stuff a nice sativa will have you thinking about !
