For a 4x4x6 room. any help?

My 178cfm can fan is pretty quiet, pulling through my scrubber, light and venting out. My air pump is louder

I think the more blades they have the better. Not ripping up the air as much and better balance over time when stuff like dust and such builds up.
Or those low powered Squirrel Cage types. They push alot of air pretty effortlessly. Or atleast my Honeywell does.
