Quick question about outside air

When you guys talk about outside air, do you mean air outside of the growbox, or air from outside of the house? Just need some quick clarification. Thanks.

Ok thats good, because having a window open would be tough. The only room I can use is at the front of the house which I already dont like. Im going to be using a tent, but pulling air from outside the house would be difficult since leaving a window opn is not really an option, at least not open constantly. How would I keep the air in the room fresh without using a window, or is that not a problem? Thanks.
