Questions about growing exotics outdoors in the south.

I have some "Belladonna" and "Opium" seeds germinating right now, and I'm wondering should my soil consist of some "Miracle Grow" potting soil mixed w/ some sand for good drainage? Also, should I feed them some "Miracle Grow", or some pellets I have by "Expert" containing 19N-6P-12K & 4.5% sulfur, and how often should they be fed? Any info would be sweet. Thanx ya'll.
