question about grow set-up

this is my first time growing. i only want to grow two plants. can any one tell me specificaly everything i need to do this, including how many female seeds i need. i have a prety good grow shop close to me so i can purchase all my materials there with no problem. thank you

What is the square footage of your grow room?

That tells you how many lumens you will need to light your space sufficiently.
