problem getting order to Nirvana ?

hi, i tried to order thru nirvana yesterday. when it tried to direct me to the payment page, it never would open.
in my nirvana account it states (paid with cc) and processing order.
it never did open a page to take my cc info. so puzzles me why it says(paid with cc) if i do the reorder could i be charged again ?
today it has an option to (reorder) and states order closed.
nothing has been taken from my cc.
anyone help me here ? thnkx

i hit reorder and it took, has been deducted from cc. must of been web problems. im awaiting an email confirmation.
