Possible Drug Test

I may be taking a drug test at Best Buy in the next day or two, but obviously I have to go to the interview first to see what happens next. Anyways, the last time I smoked was this past Sunday, but it was only one bowel. Since then I've walked/ran everynight atleast 1-2 miles, have drank plenty of water, and I've sweated alot. I was wondering if it's quite possible I may be able to to pass this drug test if I have to take it in the next few days? A friend told me that if you just smoke once you can get it out within 4-5 days considering how much your metabolism works and how much you sweat and what not.

Last time I had a test for a job like that, it was an oral swab... 14 hours of abstinence before the test, so if I'm right, gonna take some major restraint...
