I spent about 1K on a 600 watt light from photontek, love the results on how it works...I didn't get a dimmer with my light and am now dealing with way too much light for 8' ceilings...I'm dealing with leaf burn on any plant that gets within 20" of the light...contacted them, no phone numbers anywhere, and let them know I didn't get the dimmer...I explained my dilemma and the urgency of not being able to use the light when my girls stretch...I contacted them monday morning and got a generic reply via email...5 days later nothing but crickets...I post this to let folks know what crap customer service they have...asked 2 times for a phone number and still crickets...I'd recommend not buying from them if you feel customer service is worthwhile...
