Thanks for considering us. We do have a minimum charge of $100. Its just not possible to offer all the perks we offer with out it. We appreciate your comment.

Maybe if you dropped the perks you could lower the minimum. Hell if I know. Just an idea.

Im just not sure what the perks are?
Other banks give stuff away for free daily, freebies with every order, giveaways, prices well below 7 a seed (that's kinda high imo) and don't have a minimum charge.
Idk.
Might just be me but this screams white label to me. I get ilgm vibes 100%

Thanks for your feedback. We wish you luck with your other vendors.

Thanks for the feedback. We are actually going to be raising our minimum charge in the near future to $120, but we do appreciate you taking the time to share. The customers who want to purchase $30 or $40 in seeds also complain the loudest and are the most difficult to deal with. Business is tough and its important to find the customers that appreciate your business model.

It's seems the Kindseed Co. is not particularly interested in attracting new business. What an odd way of presenting yourself to your market. The seed aren't cheap, but you have to buy a lot of them.
Those pesky buyers and their endless complaints, why can't they just spend and shut up? Sheeesh.

I guess that works in New York.
Interesting business model.

As a business sometimes you have to decide whether you sugar coat the truth or give to someone straight. Its a forum and you can express your opinions but no one took into account the human factor on the other side of the business is also just trying to make a living. We have had the same small team for 8 years and when you call you deal with the same people every-time. Noting the tone of a few of your messages, you can have it straight.

At one time we had a lot of conflict in the business, missing shipments, germination requests after germination requests, chargebacks and then we simply added a minimum charge and the majority of that detrimental behaviour disappeared. I would say this thread is a good example of why we had to make that change.

Now in regards to be people being poor and not being able to afford seeds. That is a totally different side of the coin. We do have empathy for that and have several creative agreements with growers who are disabled or veterans etc. Our social growers application is here should any of you grumpy peeps like to be social about your growing and want to apply.

I'm matching tone for tone.
You do you brother. We have lots of brothers and sisters here who buy beans. I'm pretty sure they aren't giving you seed banks a hard time.
I owned my own business for over 30 yrs so I know a little about business and how to run it.
Anyway, I'll set back and watch and I wish you the best of luck.

Might have been a miscommunication, we appreciated your feedback and tone.

Hi Everyone,
Since this thread has gotten juicy and full of drama!! Let me break it down for you why a $40 customer is hard to deliver promises on.

First, there are a lot of missing packages and even though we ship through legitimate accounts a package that says delivered on USPS is not always delivered. So we have to pay additional shipping costs and inventory costs and fulfilment labor costs and administration labor costs to make those situations right.

Then we have customers who are unhappy with the seeds for whom we offer a germination guarantee and we again pay for administration, labor to ship, packaging, inventory costs and then postage to USPS.

If for example, both of those instances happen on a $40 order, we have paid almost $30 just in shipping with tracking. That doesn't come close to covering inventory, administration, packaging, credit card fees and labor to fulfill the products.

As a business, its hard, we do get comments daily from customers who have trouble coming up with the $100 and it does hit close to the heart. We don't have a full solution for that, but we also don't know to protect our staff and team and keep the lights on when so many of those small orders require two reshipments as mentioned above. Our goal is to have a program for the people who genuinely can't afford $100, but we aren't quite there yet. (sorry guys/gals!)

As a consumer, I am very hard to please and I expect nothing less from you folks. We took a chance to advertise on this forum when no other seed company does. I don't mind a little banter, and I have a thick skin, we just ask you to be fair in your judging of us because when you consider how many seeds you get with the perks for $100, we fall in line with some of the top value categories online in the USA and Canada. You never have a call or email answered from anyone who isn't in Canada or the USA and you deal with the same people year after year.

Thank-you for hearing me out and we wish you the best in your growing journey.

Im in New York.
It doesn't work here either.

Take Neptune Seedbank for example, they would never talk to or treat the community this way.
Pretty poor business model, I now see why they had to rebrand from weedseedUSA.

Damn Yankee😂😂😂
On a more serious note my Wife said it's beautiful outside the city. I personally have never been to New York.
Fuck,,I try not to even go into Dallas and I live very close. Hate big cities,, mostly because they are run by morons.

PS,,, you live in the same State so you should be able to get a good deal since shipping isn't a problem. Hell he could probably deliver it himself.😁
