Orange Spots - Help!

I have a new Daisy Cloner that I just set up with 3 clones from a plant that had already started flowering, one seedling that had already popped through the hydroton, and 4 seeds each in their own netpot and hydroton. The plant the clones came from is fine. the clones and the seedling all have small orange, rust colored spots that are brittle and break off if you touch them. I saw one seed has sprouted but I can't see anything wrong with it (yet?)

What is the orange spot and how do I fix it?
