Ontario Laws?

A message out to the fellow Canucks, in particular the ones from Ontario. Do you know what the current laws are in Ontario? I have seen the Canadian laws (Controlled Substances Act), but just wondering what the provincial level enforcement is at the moment. I saw a news article about Ontario basically not having a law at one point, but I think this has since been struck down. What would you be looking at for getting caught with 3 or less plants?

In Quebec it's a whole different ball game!

The laws are so slack here that you only get a slap on the rist for growing or posession.

The Crown Attorney is the only one who can lay charges in Quebec as well as in B.C.

It can take up to a year or so before you even see a judge..............
