I'm setting up a 4x4 grow tent with an air-cooled hood, 600-watt HPS, and passive intake. I'm trying to decide on a method of air ventilation/cooling/filtering. Hopefully I can use only one inline fan. I was thinking of setting it up like this:

Phresh filter (inside tent) ---> Air cooled hood ---> Inline fan ---> Ducting ---> Outside house

Is this reasonable? The room in which the grow tent is located has a window air conditioner for cooling.

Thanks

yes its reasonable, asumming your fan is adequate for the space.

i like: filter-duct-light-duct-fan-duct to outside. filter is in the tent.

Should work as long as you are venting to outside the room the Window ac is in. If don't you may over power the ac with heat from the grow area
