Generally a lemon pepper marinade, but every now and again I'll let them set in a bowl filled with beer for 12-18 hours. Even done it with whiskey before, though that was just a waste of some mighty fine whiskey! Good steak, though.
I also refuse to use gas. Charcoal is more expensive in the long run if you use your grill all the time, but the taste is so much better, even with added mesquite or apple cider blocks in gas. God, you guys have me drooling over here.
