Noob Need Help!!!!!

alright this is my first time, i'm using my ps3 as my web browser so no pics for a couple weeks.
I'm growing in a cabinet 5 ft tall by 2 1/2 ft. wide. I got 1 15W cfl 1 25W cfl and a 17W grow light (bought it at wal-mart).
My 4 plans are 1 1/2 weeks ou of soil and are on their second set of leaves ( the ones with 3 pedals).
their all in seed starters besides 1 its in a 2 gallon bucket. the 2 round pedals are yellowing. the other real pot leaves look healthy and green.
My soil is a cheap one from wal-mart , the 3 in seed starter kits have a special soil for seedlings (cant remember the name)
I need all suggestions and help
o yea for ventilation i open the doors during the day with a fan blowing on them. This weed is high middies or as we say high grade commersh usually 4 or 5 seeds in an oz.

welcome jk, more light for starters. the little round leaves always turn yellow...then they fall off, their job is done. lots of info all over here, have alook around.

well my friend if you post some pics i will help you more but theres a question if you are using tap water you should chek your ph thats one of the most comun problems biside over watering

Welcome to MP. It's good to have you here. This is a great site with tons of info that will definitely help you along the way. First thing, read up on everything that you can. That will answer most of the basic questions that you will have. You're going to need more light, also. The yield from those few cfls will be dismal. Get as many as you can in that box if you want any kind of yield. Keep us posted. Take care and be safe.

thanks everybody!!! today the first plant i transplanted is showing signs of dieng.The first set of real leaves ar starting to curl down, no yellowing though. The other 3 are fine and growing a bit faster. where should i get more lights, and what kind?
I am using tap water but i dont have a ph tester. I will get one this week.
Any more suggestions are appreciated!!!

Soil and water are the main ingredients to a healthy plant. I believe you should NEVER skimp on soil. Get the best soil possible always. Keep it moist with no dry pockets at all. I use Fox Farms Ocean Forest... It's the best I've found. And get a little inexpensive pH tester. The ones with drops that are put in water are good enough. Good luck to you. eace:

huh release what? Sony and the FBI dont care about sum 1 growing 5 plants with no bud yet. Theres bigger fish in the sea
