well... a 3 weeks back i planted a germinated seed and it got off to a really good start. then it just completely stopped growing. the germinated seeds i planted less than a week ago are already much bigger. i see a little brown part towards the bottom of the stem. The plant is still green and looks healthy, but for some reason it just wont grow. any ideas?

you need more light maybe.
