This is freeware that is easy to use and has lots of features. It will convert to and from many, many formats.

Freeware Metric Conversion Software

I made a directory on my hard drive named "Metric Conversion" and put it there. Then, when it asked me where to unpack and install it, I told it:
C:\Metric Conversion\Program\

It's a nice little program.
