Im looking for advice on lighting I read some of whats out there about hps and mh but was wondering thoughts on energy effecnt lights. I have a 1600 lumen output bulb thats daylight color( natural color), 100 watts .

Check out the Light Section CFL work great for Veg but would only flower with HPS ...IMO..hope this helps

with that light you could grow one plant a few inches tall imo. like 4u said check out the lighting section.. lots of good info to help you on your way
