New to growing

Im usually a buyer and i decided recently to start growing. I get acouple grams a week from my dealer with some seeds in the bag that i would like to plant. Can i plant this anywhere outside if not then what kind of soil do i need?

You really should go through the forum and read all the stickies about growing. That would answer your question alot better. I suppose you could just plant your bean anywhere...However if you dont educate yourself as to when, where, and why, then what's the point? It depends on where you live, what type of people are around you, and what level of risk you're willing to take.
