new lights--and questions?

HTG supply just shipped my new sylverstar 4 ft. 6 lamp high output t5`s...I got 6 bloom and 6 grow spectrum bulbs...
First question...how do I use the bulbs...all 6 bloom for flower and all 6 for veg or do I mix and match them?
Next question....what does the k mean...blooms are 3000k and the grow are 6400k ???
next question what are the lume rated at on each bulb?
Last question what is the wattage rating of the bulbs ...would like to figure electric useage cost...I pay 6.5 cents per kilowatt ...I guess I should of asked Htg these questions before I purchased...but figured this the best place to get straight answers...

ill try and answer a couple of them
first yes use the 6 grow for vegging and theother 6 for flowering
k is for kelvins ,,the colour temp
the lumens should say on the box but if not ypour paticular bulb gives out 5000lumens each lamp so you have 60 000 lumens at 330 input watts i think

By temperature, it means the color of the light the bulb emits.
A "Cool" bulb or a blue-ish color is best for VEG 14000k bulb.
A "warm" bulb or yellow-ish light is best for flowering, a 2700k bulb.
An in between bulb is the one at the 5600k.
This will be okfor both vegg and flower.

The bulbs are 54W and put out about 5000 lumens. I think that if it were me, I would probably use 4 6400K and 2 3000K for vegging and the opposite for flowering. Keep your light as close as you can to your plants. I would recommend lst or scrog to keep your plant short and your canopy even when using fluoros to flower.
