Need to move my 2week old babies

Hey I need to know if about 30 minutes of dark on some new babies will cause any stress, Besides on me? They all are very healthy 2+ inches tall with multipal leaves. After they have mooved, should I go to a 18 on 6 off cycle or keep the 24/7. Thanks for all.
