Need somthing to raise&lower light!

Hi guys I have a 1000w HID with the Ballast built right on top which makes it really heavy when working alone (as i always do) I would love some ideas on how I would be able to lower and raise the light by by some sort of pully system or hoist.I also would loove a link where to buy such a unit any and all ideas would be appreciated or maybe pics of your setups.thanks again PP:hubba:


P.S the light already has a nice strong hook for hanging its a factory light I got hope this helps
