My lady just started flowering and her bottom leaves are curling downward and tips are turning brown. What is it?

I never worry about the lower leaves....they tend to get beat up and most times I remove the bottom 1/4-1/3 before flowering anyway to let the plant concentrate it's energy on the upper buds. From the looks of your pics I don't see a lot to be worried about. You can still remove some of the lower branches if you wanted to. It also helps with air flow down low. jmo

That looks like nutrient burn from being over-nuted. The soil looks to be very rich. If that is miracle grow soil then you might have an issue there. If it is Foxfarms' Ocean Forest soil then it should be ok. If it is either and you are adding nutes, then you need to stop adding nutes for a while and only give PH ballanced(6.4-6.6) water.

Sometimes when you feed the bottom leaves get nutes on them and it makes them a little crispy -- Like Hammy said, I wouldn't worry about it.

Your plants are looking pretty good.
