Need help with New DWC Grow

Im just starting a crop in a grow box from home grown hydroponics. I germinated the seeds and I put them in the box.
My qusetions are this
1. How deep to submerge the rockwool blocks
2. My resovior holds 32-2 inch rockwool blocks and i have two twelve inch air stones- is this enough bubble power. Please look at the attached photo and tell me what you experienced guys think.

Wow you hve massive stretching going on...you need to get your light closer quick...as for your questions I hve done a dwc grow once and I used the net pots with hydroton pellets and rockwool cubes...the pots were just above the water level and the roots hung down into the water/nute solution...What you hve looks like a bubble cloner...I cld not imagine growing 6 plants in that let alone 32...are you just going to start them out in that and then move them to a different dwc setup?

No this thing is desinged for them to grow all in one place. The streching took place in the germination stage.The light is a 600 watt HPS and two flouresents.The light is not moveable.

then i sugest you move that table to the light..you may lose some of those..they are way stretched...take care and be safe
