Need Expert Advice!!!!please Help

I bought seeds from two different website around early janurary. One of them never came and one did. Yesterday a us immigration and customs enforcement officer showed up at my door say they found my seeds. I played they i dont know what you are talking about card. He was trying to get it out of my that they were mine by saying he is going to search my history through the internet and my records and whatever. should i be scared he is going to find anything or do you think this is going to blow over.

I did send them to a relatives house and not mine own but he has my address and everything and i dont want him coming over to my place.

I caught with weed coming back from canada in november and i think this played a part in the officer have a meeting with me and he looking into it. I thought if you got caught with seeds for the first time they just sent you a letter saying they have been taking away. 'he told me after a meeting that i would be receiving that letter.

Should i just tell him they were mine or hope it blows over.

Dude i wouldnt hold out hope, it sounds like a pretty bad situation.

Id love to hear other peoples views on this if theres anything anyone can suggest,

myself i never buy anything to do with growing with my credit card, only cash.. its a shame its hard for you guys to buy seeds out there in the states..

u did the right thing my friend by playing stupid Never admit to anything no matter what they say and if they have your address than i would hold off on growing for a little while because u said u got caught bringing stuff back from Canada and now the seeds who knows if they are getting a search warrant to search your house so i would keep ur eyes open and be carefull on what u do good luck bro peace

ok man, my advice is pretty grim but I won't blow smoke for ya.

1. take your hardrive set it up next to the biggest speaker magnet you can find. Then take that hardrive and throw it in the deepest part of a lake or pond or bury the fekker.

2. Get rid of ALL things MJ related. Smash and bury off your property everything. have a freind meet you at a resteraunt make sure you ain't followed. Paranoi is your freind right now. DO NOT GET SEEN GETTING RID OF YOUR STUFF. If your gut says NO!!! listen. instincts are your best freind.

3. call a lawyer, get legal help ASAP. Do not talk do not say anything to anyone. You have the right to remain silent...do it.

4. pray man pray.

You already got nailed crossing the border. Thats international smuggling. It has nothing to do with the seeds you got big brother on your *** and you have a bullseye IMO. As far as researching history...don't know what trail you left around the net. but without that hardrive it will be tough for them. with it your screwed.

Hate to be bearer of bad news, but when big brother is at your door thats a good sign things will get really bad. I hope its just a ploy, but better safe than sorry.

I don't know what else to tell ya, but start covering tracks man. but GET A LAWYER ASAP.

Never, Never, Never admit to squat. Think this through and look at it as though you are dumb as a fox. The officer didn't search and didn't arrest, so take advantage of the time. Have nothing illegal around for awhile until the dust settles. Remember that seeds do not have THC, but it is illegal to import mj seeds. Sounds like he is just fishing, and trying to bait you. There is a lot of stuff happening with the idea of internet privacy, but as yet I haven't heard of anything being settled. Clean house, nothing illegal around you, clean your puter big time, or send your hard drive into exile for a bit you know ?

Everyone should have a good lawyer before ish hits the fan anyway.. go on the NORML website..and find a local lawyer off their list.. that are all marijuana friendly lawyers and deal with this all the time.... i have personally tried to mail mj to the usa before and it got stuck.. all the person got was a letter saying they seized it... but you may be flagged for the smuggling....

Mutt is right... id buy a brand new hard drive.... and get rid of the other one.. a speaker magnet will work wonders.. or if you can manage to get to a store with it... those things they use to get rid of the security will work well also... or.. if you really want.. dont erase the harddrive.. but bury it way the hell out in the middle of nowhere in a ziplock.. so it will be good later if **** doesnt get outta hand...

If they are at your door... then something is up big time.... id be worried..

well it is a laptop i used so that is a little easier to get rid of.
I have a couple planets growing in a pretty safe box like closure with a huge fan to take the smell out in my grage. by the sounds of it you say get rid of the planets but i only had a quater of weed on me when i got in canada and it was like 4 seed. is that enough for a search warrent. I am a younger kid that lives in a high class neighborhood that has a clean record up to that point....

It just seems to me like the us immigrations and customs enforcement should be wasting there time on something a little more important and hopefully this will get lost under the paper work

I hate to break it to you.. but people have been screaming that for decades..... they came INTO canada and arrested marc emery for selling seeds to americans.. and he didnt even actually enter the usa... now he is a million dollar empire and he funded basically every pro mj cause in north america... but the point being.. they dont have more important things to do...

The drug war has a budget of like billion and billions of dollar each year... so i assume there are a lot of high paided people doing sweet fawk all.. and they would play rock paper scissors to actually get to find these "drug peddlers" they consider 4 seeds, to be 4 plants, which is $4000 in marijuana to them (at least in canada its $1000 per plant)... doesnt matter if 4 plants is like 2 oz dried...
Marc had never grown weed, but they are treating him as if he conspired to manufactuer tons (no not a lot, i actually mean tons like the weight) of marijuana..... not to get you stressed out...... but nah... they dont have better stuff to do...

They now consider you a drug manufacteur....

I think you need not worry but if you are a minor growing in your parents home as your post suggests, you should not be growing man.You are putting more at risk then just yourself.

Law enforcement wants you spooked and nervous, BUT you got sound advise, and now you need to relax, before you get yourself too tightly wound ya know ? If an officer shows up at your door again, be polite, don't play the question - answer game, play dumb, and learn how to end a conversation. Here is something that always worked like a charm for me. Start squirming just a bit, grab your crotch, look him straight in the eye and then say something like I got to go walk the dragon, or see a man about a horse before I do myself a mischief so if that's all see ya bye. You will learn so much within seconds. Like if they are spitting into the wind ya know ?
Ever have a cop pull up next to you in your ride ? want him to look the other way ? Don't look at him, just start nose mining, and then after a few seconds pretend to clean your fingernail with your teeth, gets them every time, and I get to spend the rest of the day laughing my butt off.

If you sent the seeds to a relative's house, did the relative rat you out?

If so, they might have enough for a warrent. I would do like the others have said and get rid of every thing illegal at your house.

I am a younger kid that lives in a high class neighborhood that has a clean record up to that point....

If you are a minor, then:

1) You shouldn't be on this site,
2) You shouldn't be doing drugs.

First off my relative didnt rat me out. they just came to the door and wanted to wait around for me until i got there but i wasnt close to the house. I wouldn't send seeds to a house of someone i didnt trust.
