he used to smoke. he does not anymore. he will again very soon so he says. he arrests no one for mj. He stomps it on the ground when he comes across it. he hands dui's out like parking tickets though.
there are many out there like these 2 individuals, but for every 1 of them there are 100 against you. and if he lets it slip to a bud in the locka room. you could be screwed!
