just a thought i had. applying for disability because i can't get a job due to my need for medical marijuana. another thought i had. tell this to the judge "i can't do jury duty because of my medical marijuana use schedule i am high by 8am."

This isn't really funny, but both Keef & my sister was denied disability based on the fact that they could get a job folding laundry!! Wow, right!

i can fold it, but my wife just re does it the right way.
if mj is legal for medical use, i can see the angle of disability working in a lucky case. if enforced it would force the employers to accept it as a prescribed medication. if a doc prescribes it, then your boss should be ok with it. thats my opinion, wish it was the way things really worked

I guess the job description didn't specify how well you need to fold or Keef woulda been disqualified right off the bat!
