Lottery Winning Brothers Blow Up Home Celebrating

Wichita, Kansas – two brothers were celebrating winning a $75,000 lottery prize when their celebrations ended up blowing up their home. Police report that the brothers were celebrating using butane powered bongs.
Next, one of the brothers entered the kitchen to light the butane torch and disbursed two cans of butane into the kitchen while fumbling to light the torch. Police believe that the butane vapors made contact with the stove’s pilot light and created a fireball in the kitchen.
The ensuing fire inflicted second degree burns on the brother who was in the kitchen, but he survived his injuries.
The injured brother’s girlfriend drove him to the hospital and quickly drove off and hasn’t been seen since.
Thankfully, no one, including the children present in the home, were killed.
Had lady luck not been on their side a second time, the two brothers might also be receiving a Darwin Award.
