have a quick question since my plants are outside can the still get mites? and how can i tell if the little buggers and messing with my plants?

mites are outside too. you will see them and their webs on your plant.

ok well i dont have any thank goodness in case it does happen what do i do i get raid of them?

early infestation you will see little black specks on the underside of the leaves if you have a 10x jewelers lens you can see them they will start to build a web once they have established on the top side of the leaf of an infested plant there will be little yellow green spots on the top of the leaf this is a sign that you got visitors if you can catch them soon enough i sugjest that you use a predator or some sort ladybugs, predator mites ,pirate bugs green lacewing larvae, praying mantis and many many more

A simpler way to see if you have mites is to take a sheet of white paper hold it flat under a fan leaf , Give a couple of sharp flicks of your finger to the leaf.
Suff will fall on the paper ,If you have mites you'll notice that some of those little specks on the sheet will start to move .
If you have acess to a hose they can be sprayed off.
Another way to control mites and aphids is to use citrus oil .
This is easy to make .get the peels from oranges ,grapefruit ,limes ,ect.
Boil a couple of quarts of water and steep the peels in the it .
Don't leave this tea over an open flame ,the oils are volital and you could blow your kitchen up.\
Then just spray this mixture on your plants twice a week for two weeks .
You break the life cycle of the bugs and the residual citrus oil acts as a repellent.
This tea method can also be done with tabbaco , Nicotine ( the active ingredient) is a poison .
Personally I don't use it
Preditors are a good idea ,but are much more effective used as a preventative measure.
Thhe best defense is offense.

thanks guys for all the help i just dont want to lose these little plants they are in the flowing stage
