>><<A little background to my plant (skip to next paragraph for my question if ya dont waan read this part ..lol =) >><<
Hello everyone...about a month ago i found a seed in my car and decided to plant it...well it grew and i found out a little after that it is the indicia type....i have been growing it in MG and been using a lot of LST and some HST as welll... my plant has been growing horizontal for a good majority of its life ;) and has about 10 new growth tips growing along its stem....

And now the question....

About two weeks ago i noticed some yellow dots on some of my lower leaves (tips were yellow and had some spots on the leaf). I talked to some people and found out that the MG products often cause over-nute problems with MJ. i never transplanted or flushed my plant after finding out. I have just kept watering it and hoped that it would eventually fix itself. a week went by and it didnt seem to get worst or better so i just cut the two fan leaves off. A few of my lower leaves again have the over nute problem and i was wondering if i just keep trimming the plant and keep doin what im doin is it gonna kill it or make the tHC weaker? Also, will the ovver nute problem eventually stop once it gets naturally flushed out?

hey whats up fam its like this mg is not the best for growing are girls but if you have it then use it you have to be careful when you use this stuff. say that it says to olny use 1 tsp per gallon of water then olny use 1/4 its that easy you have to remember that its a weed it will gorw with out your help to. so take it eazy on the nute for a while . now the hard part i was reading some old stuff on the net and this man said that the plants' old bottom large leaves are going to yellow and fall off beacuse of thier old and not anuf light. and you might try to flush every once and a while it help flush out the salts in the soil . i hope this help you out fam

hmmmm.
i would say that it could be due to Nute burn....but if its the bottom leaves....dont worry about it. Just let it grow. dont cut the plant, just let the leaves Yellow, then lightly pull them off.
if they dont come off, then leave them.
as far as your nutes go, if you think its burn....just cut down the ammount you are adding, and you shouldnt recieve anymore burn.

i dont think its Nute burn, i just think the lower leaves are dieing off, and your freaked out by it....no need to worry. as long as the rest of the plant is looking good; then you should be ok.

you should post some pictures, and some more info on your grow. Like how big is this plant? what size container? type of soil? i know you said MG...but i dont know if your adding MG nutes to soil...or if ur just using MG soil.
clear this up, and we can help you better. Mainly PICTURESSSSSSS

this is what i was taking about

What folks need to focus on is the causes of premature leaf drop as that negatively affects yields. If you've read my posts over the years, I try to pound that issue home whenever given a chance. After a good root development, the most important element in floral production is the retention of healthy leaves (Thunderbunny as citied, by Nietzsche, 03.13.2002).

Green Reaper (03.12.2002) suggests that large leaves actually take more energy to maintain than they produce. In contrast Thunderbunny (as citied, by Nietzsche, 03.13.2002) states that when a leaf no longer serves a productive purpose, the plant will remove the leftover metabolites from the leaf, which causes the old spotty, yellowing, necrotic image and then the leaf drops. Once that leaf is gone, a percentage of what would be available carbohydrates for future plant growth is diminished in direct relationship to the loss. The mobility of plants sugars and nutrients suggests that fully developed fan leaves are sources not sinks. Whether developing fan leaves are a sink or a source however is not as clear. An actively growing leaf may be a sink, using energy from the other parts of the plant to fuel their development (George, 03.20.2002). Older developed leaves and that are sources. However there is no evidence to support that during the plants life cycle the development of fan leaves takes more energy then a fully developed fan leave provides, that is to say sink phase is greater than the source phase (Nietzsche). It would also seem illogical from an evolutionary point of view that a plant would evolve to produce leaves that take more energy to sustain then they produce (~shabang~, 03.13.2002).

Trim fan leaves in the last 14 days to help speed up flushing
It helps speed up the flushing process and or makes flushing unnecessary (Homemadepot, 03.13.2002). However the leaves should naturally yellow, too much green in the leaves translates to too much "green" taste in the leaves in my opinion (Bigislandbud, 03.14.2002). heres the whole thing it will help you out
