Exactly how many plants will it take before overpassing helecopters will detect my site. (I am planning on growing at least 20 plants)

ive heard 3 per location, more if they are near a body of water as ponds and swamps give off lots of heat. I don't know for sure, but thats what ive heard threw the pot leaf.

It depends on the location and size of the plant. If you are growing 1 ten foot sativa in the middle of a field you'll have issues. Really what it comes down to is using your judgment. There is a risk with everything done in relation to MJ. Try to camouflage as best as possible and scatter them throughout the area... don't have them growing on top of one another. Myself, for example, am growing lowryders. In my area, the choppers are only used in August and September. I can have my first harvest done by mid July. Aerial view is out of the scenario that way...

8-12 has always been a safe number.

yeah i got 6 out their right now thinking of puting 24 more along the creek along 500 yards of the creek think ill be safe with that???????

It is never safe to climb into the cockpit after huffing a spliff without proper crew rest....oh, wait, that isn't what yer talking about...

24 plants along 500 yards of creek should be fine. Make sure you top them from time to time to get rid of that 'christmas tree' look. Choppers like flying low along creeks and rivers. How wide a creek are we talking about? Small river size? Or ditch size?

Iv`e seen a grow that was two rows 50 plants long so 100 plants. They were wide as a truck and i saw the helocopter fly over it several times as it was close to my house but not my grow. They never came and got it. It all got riped off. Ten years later another large grow in the same area was destroyed by the enforcers. You never no. Hide them good and spread them out three or so in an area and you should be ok. Slim
