Male and Female Plants

Hey its me again. My plants are doing well but I have a problem. A bunch of people told me to get rid of the male plants as soon as a i could. How can i tell a difference between a male and a female plant.

first pic is a female. second pic is a male. males have lil sacks and females have two lil pistils. good luck and hope for the best.
