It may not be a problem but I'm paranoid and, hey, better safe then sorry. Lately, my lower leaves have been drooping, yellowing and dying, a set of alternating leaves ever week for the past 3 weeks. At first I just thought all the non 7 fingered leaves were just dying off, but then I saw a set of the 7 fingered ones starting to droop a little. I just watered them and they picked up a little, but I'm still a little worried. I don't have a camera to take pics but any suggestions would be welcome.

how old are these plants?

are they from seed ? or clones?

how old are they? what are you feeding them how often? what type of medium? tell us about your grow conditions. its hard to say without seeing and or knowing more about them. good luck

probibly nute hungry- feed some N and see what happens- fish emoulsion at wallmart or home depot is good ;)

The plant is 74 days old, bagseed, in non pre-nuted soil after transfering her from MG potting soil 3 weeks ago. Before putting her into flowering, I was feeding her MG All Purpose (24-8-16). Since flowering, I've been giving her Schultz African Violet Plus (8-14-9) every other/2 days for the past 2 weeks. (I know, they're not violets. This is my first plant and I'm dirt poor right now.) I'm practicing LST on her because she grows out of a micro box on the floor of my closet. I use CFL lighting.

:holysheep: are you feeding full strenght nutes?

:postpicsworthless:

No, I'm using 1/4 strength but I'm pretty sure its not nute burn. First the leaves droop a little, then they gradually turn yellow until they die; I can point exactly where its yellowing from.

Feeding Nutes Every Couple Days Even Diluted Cant Be Good For The Plant. Doesnt A Plant That Old Start To Lose Its Lower Leaves Naturally?
