lights other than fluora

im new here n hav a small personal setup and was wondering what kind of problems i might come across if im not using floura(low heat) lighting

you need atleast 3000-5000 lumens pr sq feet how many lumens do u have? and what size is ur growroom

what type of lights are you using? regular house lights won't work. your gonna need something like cfl's ,floro's, Mh or Hps. if you don't have the proper light the plant will stretch to no end looking for light, it will be very weak and won't produce a quality bud in the end.. jmo hope this helps
