I have one plant in a pail outside that was started from seed the first week of June. Its now about two to three feet tall and I was thinking about bringing it inside and putting it in a dark room for a couple days to force the flowering cycle, then put it back outside. I want to do this to avoid the plant becoming too tall and also to harvest early this year to beat the thieves that got me last year!! My question is, will this work. Will it start and stay flowering or will it revert back to a growth stage.
Thanks for the help in advance guys!

As long as she gets 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark she will stay in flower. ;)

Once you put her back outside you will make it re-veg though. That is bad... Also a few days of dark would be bad, you need 12/12 light cycle if you brong it inside, not full dark.... Pretty much if you want it to not get so tall read up on training it and if you want it to flower earlier outside then find some way to block the light for a few hours a day so it is in complete dark for 12 hours a day. Maybe bring it inside every night and put it in a dark closet with no light leaks...
