Leaves yellowing, never had this problem

The leaves on one of my plants are yellowing and drying out. It might be to much nutrients or water or maybe too little water. Started with the oldest leaves and is working up to some newer ones, not mainly in veinal areas. The stems are still developing fine though and so are new leaves. Anyone know what could be the problem?
