hi everyone! my troubles started with a party where they were smoking mary in black and mild cigars that saturday my test was on monday,so i tested positive for thc i don,t smoke or drink yet my test came back positive so you know what happened then? iwas a victim of second hand smoke and it does happen! i have a cdl and driving someone is not in the books if you lose your job over it,because you are labeled a liar.

fight it, get character witnesses to come forward and have blood tests done they can determine drug levels in your blood and determine if your use was intentional or passive the two combined with no prior positive test should be sufficient, also there are (not often) false positives. I've been to rehab three times not for thc but you learn alot of stuff in rehab

I also say fight it. They have hair folical tests that can show Drug use over as long as your hair is. The MJ would only show up in the hair that was growing the day you were near the Smoke. There would be no other presence of MJ if you had never been around it before.
My husband cant smoke for employment reasons and I always go outside when I smoke.

You have the legal right for a retest. some things can give whats called a false positive.

yes be retested by another facility...and get a lawyer..if you truely dont smoke MJ..and you got 2nd hand smoke it will be out of system by now..IMO Thanks for shreing good luck
