My brother fixed dinner again this evening - pork tenderloins, roasted potatoes, and corn. Yummy!

I gained three pounds just reading that! Went over my 600 calories by 162, damn it. I do it again Thursday & Friday, I'm spanking myself and canceling my Saturday cheat day..
I had a piece of baked chicken gave the sides to the dog. I got full. She said they were good.

Last chicken I ate was rotisserie chicken. You can buy one at VG's cheaper than you can a raw chicken, and it's already baked. They do a great job on any of their chicken in the deli. Their fried chicken legs and wings are scrumptious, but alas, fattening.

Good morning brothers and sisters!
A triple gaugus blue sky sunshiny day here, starting at 43F and predicted to reach 64F.
My neighbors waterline between their house and the street developed a leak, so I helped him by turning off his water for him and like any good neighbor, I also provided sage advice and encouragement watching him dig.
It was in a copper line that I recall being installed by a previous owner, leading me to believe that the previous owner failed to install a dielectric union.
The Jacuzzi bath temperature at the gym was perfect yesterday and the chemistry was within bounds, but the defensive operator provided career advice by the owner is no longer talking to me and turned away when I walked by.
It was hard for him to support his argument that he was maintaining the chemistry correctly, after I pointed out to the manager and owners that the missing caulking was a dead give away that the Ph was acidic.
No gym but breakfast out at Gravy this morning followed by an open calendar.

Good morning, MIsfits! Not too sure what the day is gonna be 'cause I just woke up. Reminds me of a saying I heard in high school; "Early to bed, early to rise, and your girl goes out with other guys."

Morning gang. Paid my last credit card off a few days ago. I owe on my house and a car. Tool bill, but that will be wrapped up in a few weeks.
My goal is to pay my house off in 11 years. I want to slow down as I get older. And now is the last years I have to work hard before my body starts failing.
