I got one left outdoors. It's an unknown Sativa:hubba:
The weather is getting too cold for it to do much more.
We had one small frost in the valley but i got this one higher on the hill so frost never touched it.
Is trichome change due to the strain, weather, or etc...
As of now it is clear/cloudy.
popcorn buds.
Chop or not ?

strain dependent. amber trichomes are the result of the degrading thc, which is where you get the cbd from. in fact, CBD actually counteracts the effects of THC

EDIT: what have the hi/lo temps been like. even if it doesn't frost, the cold can all but halt the growth of the plant

a few nites in the low 40's and 50's, 60's at day.
yes,growth will certainly stop.
Just wandered if growth stops ,if trichomes would also.
may chop tomorrow as it suppose to get colder this wk.

i'd chop as well. it's unlikely they are gonna make it to the maturation you'd like.

I'm in the same spot....all my indicas are down and 2 unknown sats just driving me nuts by taking their sweet time...snow is in the forecast, so those 2 ladies may get the chop before they are ready....oh well...28 indicas chopped and inhouse...that'll ease the pain a tad....;)
