Is it posible to flower useing the sun and bringing it inside for the other 12hrs.I waz thinking about doing that fow my next grow that im starting

I don't see why not, I just got my HID light today, but i've been growing with cfl's + sunlight. Doesn't seem to harm the plant. And the fact you will be using sunlight which is like 10k lumens if I remember right is going to give you some nice dank nugs I bet.

Anyhow I am a new grower so don't really rely on anything I say. I'd wait for the pros to answer just my two cents. GL man.

you are the same as i am a new grower however i waz thinking the same as you. my last grow i used cfl's throught the whole grow and got good decent results. ima start them off under them and ima take them in and out. ima grow Northernlights, Skunk, And some more orange Kush

Sunlight is king, I get extra growth on days my babies get put right under that white blazing sun. That is what inspired me to get the hid. I can tell my growth is slowing on cfl's. Sunlight is so powerful, growing these plants has expanded my appreciation for the power of the most natural and simplest things.

hey BFoK...it can be accomplished, but it requires a pretty strict schedule on your part. You need to be there "EVERY" day, at precisely the correct time, to place them out AND to bring them back in. An un regulated schedule will encourage hermophradism.

So Hick for example, I'll have to take them out at 8 bring them in everyday at 8 right(the lights will be on be4 i take them out also)???And another thing, outside my plants can get 24hr light due to the light pole in the ally (dont worry 7 foot privacy fence blocks all), and my "Q" if i start them inside for the 1st 2weeks and then put it outside over by the light till they get the size i want would i jus simply pick a time to bing them in to start flowering, or should i jus bring them in to start flower then take them back outside at the time i said above minus the lights being on???

Hey Kush... a light pole is up 10+ feet no?

I heard they use MH or Sodium forgot which bulb hah! I'm a lil baked. Anyhow that light might be too high for any effect besides making your plant stretch. Well I guess that wouldn't be too bad since it is outside and will be stronger than an indoor.

Don't know just a thought, learning myself.

Wow..I've only used the sun as the 12 of light, bringing them in to a dark room for the dark 12. It's a PITA.
I've heard of streetlights delaying/preventing flowering, I'm not positive 'what' effects it would have, but I can't think it positive, even for veg'.
