insect?

i have a prey mantis on one of my outside plants, is it safe to let him stay there? ( i was thinking he could protect it by killing other bugs that got onto the plant)

Those are your best freind, I have one on an outdoor plant right now and he is cool as hell. Don't put any poison on your plants though because he will die.

they do not eat plants I hatch mantis eggs every year,they are great to keep bugs away Good Luck

Very good insect to have around your gardens and flowers outside. They eat other pests that are detrimental to your plants. Just my thoughts. Take care and be safe.
