I retired at 59....that is why I want to be 60 again. My back didn't hurt and I wasn't taking any meds then.

for example , i watch some surfing videos and in my mind i can see myself catching a small 3-5 foot wave and surfing into the beach

but i know my beat up bod would reject the surfing idea and i would probably wipe out and drown
