and a first time grower. It seems i am having some trouble as of now and i think i have the wrong lights, they just dont seem to be where they need to be about 2 1/2 weeks in... i had these daylight flouros and i just switched to these plant and aquarium lights. im so confused

different bulbs have different ratings/lumens

every single bit of info that you need to get a good start is on this forum, thats where i got my start

Find the kelvin rating on your flo tubes.
Strains vary but I'm sure you need more than 2-1/2 weeks for veg cycle.
Use the link TCVG gave you-You'll find out what ya need to know.
Your floros might be alright for veg.
