I still don't think it's the right kind. Look again at the stripes and skinny legs. Perhaps I discovered a new breed of crab and they are so rare that I get rich off my discovery!

let see i went to Google search and typed ocean brown Hermit crab then the search came up i went to top left hand corner of page and clicked on images so that way all the pics come up :hubba: so maybe this time i will do ocean black striped Hermit crabs

The stow-aways died today. Made me sad. Oh well.

On a good note, the hermit crab from the souvineer shop is very lively. In fact he switched shells the night we got her. My daughter named her Ally Alabama. Hahahahahaha.
