i bought seeds from amsterdam marijuana seeds and paid cash....I had to send them a registered envelope with the money in it...it was a little hairy going to the post office and registering the letter to amsterdam but i did it...i used a bogus return address.on the envelope...
You have to give your name...as part of the paper work when registering mail....but you can give them a bogus name at that time.. i did email the seed bank later and gave them the name and adress I wanted them to send it to ...they will email back and confirm your new name and address.....I then used a buisnees name with the mailing address.....I didn't use my own name ...you can maybe use a name such "Ebays big blue collectables or something" attaching the address..you want them to send it to.......i think the next time i order seeds online i'm going to use a prepaid credit card to save the stress of sending a registered envelope to the netherlands...I don't know if this helps at all...I kinda think if theres some kind of a buisness name attached to the adress it's being sent to...it's less likely to be intercepted by customs...I've only done it once so far...I don't know if amsterdam marijuana seeds is high enough quality for you....seed botique has some interesting seeds....good luck
